I'm researching for an ITV3 documentary called THOSE WERE THE DAYS which is due to air in at the end of January next year.
We are focusing on significant days in history, one of those being the hottest day in the hottest year in 1976. That year the hottest temps were recorded in Cheltenham and I was wondering if any members of Cheltenham Camera Club have any pics from this year from Cheltenham, Montpellier Gardens or anything which shows how hot it was that summer. If there is any video/cine footage which somebody may have then this will be of great interest too.
